Playful Economics

Teachers will discover an inductive approach to teaching economics. Students will derive an understating of the content from simulations featuring modeling clay.

This workshop features a resource book containing fifteen economics lessons designed with elementary and middle school students in mind. Using modeling compound, students interact creatively as they are introduced to concepts found in the SOL. Also included in Playful Economics are additional resources and a pretest/post-test with answers.  Participants will receive a copy of this valuable resource.
