Thomas Jefferson School for Science & Technology, 1st place winners in the Adams Smith Division of Virginia’s Governor’s Challenge, advanced to the National Semi-Finals and have qualified to compete in the 17th Annual Council for Economic Education’s National Economics Challenge being held May 20-22 in New York City. The finals will include written exams and a critical thinking round, culminating in a quiz bowl hosted by CNBC’s Senior Economics Reporter, Steve Liesman.
