April is Financial Literacy Month, which highlights the importance of financial education and teaches individuals how to establish and maintain healthy financial habits. Let’s kick this incredible month off with a simple question…what is human capital? Merriam-Webster defines it as : the skills, knowledge, and qualifications of a person, group, or workforce considered as economic assets. In other words it is simply investing in yourself.

Brandon Copeland, NFL Linebacker for the Atlanta Falcons, Entrepreneur, Ivy League Professor, Forbes 30 for 30 and an advocate for teaching financial literacy is helping us start this incredible campaign with a message…Invest in yourself! Brandon, or Professor Cope as he is referred to by his students at the University of Pennsylvania knows all too well about the importance of human capital.
