Need fun, active, and exciting lesson plans to help you teach the Economics SOLs in your elementary classroom? Looking for some new methods to help your students do well on their SOL tests? Then this is your workshop!  A hands-on learning approach is key to economic understanding.  Just add some crayons, drawing paper, markers and fun cut-outs to your classroom mix and get your students learning basic economic principles like scarcity, opportunity cost, and capital, right from the start.  Your students will also learn essential skills like: group work, decision making, and basic economic reasoning.  Participants will receive a grade appropriate curriculum book as well as online resources.
