Quick Hit: Using Dragons Decide to Teach Elementary Economics

Learn how to incorporate the Dragons Decide coloring book to teach economics in your K-3 classroom. Participants will receive a classroom set of the Dragons Decide coloring books mailed to them upon completion of the workshop.

The Virginia Housing Development Authority has partnered with the Virginia Council on Economic Education to create special coloring books called Dragons Decide teachers can use to teach economics to primary students. This one hour workshop will cover activities you can use to cover the SOLs for grade K-3. Participants will get a class set of the Dragons Decide coloring books they can send to their students or use in a hybrid setting. Due to limited resources, this workshop is limited to the first 25 teachers who register.
