With funding provided by the Virginia Bankers Education Foundation and banks in your area, we are glad to provide eight travel stipends to support eligible teachers to attend comprehensive professional development at any of the programs listed below and found here on VCEE’s website. On a first come, first served basis, a $300 stipend will be provided to teachers to attend a one – two day program and $500 for a program of three or more days.
K-12 teachers from the following school divisions are eligible to apply by registering on this website: Lee County; Wise County; Buchanan County; Russell County; City of Bristol; Washington County; Scott County; City of Norton; Dickenson County; Tazewell County; Smyth County.
You will be notified within 24 hours if you are among the eight teachers. A check will be sent to you after you complete the program.

Additional Information:
Once notified that you will receive a travel stipend, you must register for the eligible institute you plan to attend. In some cases, a refundable deposit may be required. It will be returned to you uncashed upon completion of the program.
