Combining 3 one-hour SMG webinars (Intro, Teacher Resources, and Student Portfolio) this interactive webinar is designed for teachers who are new to the Stock Market GameTM program and those who have not participated in the last several years. We will focus on the fundamentals – the rules of the game, how the student portfolio works and how students buy and sell stocks, and the resources available to teachers to help them implement the program in their classrooms. Additional Information – Stock Market Game Scholarship Opportunities Now Available for the Spring SMG 2020 Game!
To qualify for this scholarship, you must be a new SMG advisor from a Title 1 school and have attended a VCEE-sponsored SMG workshop/webinar during this school year. Scholarship applications are due by January 31, 2020. You will be notified by email if you are selected. The scholarship funds will be applied to your team fees for the SMG Spring 2020 game.
