Understanding economics goes hand in hand with civics in developing students into responsible and knowledgeable citizens and voters. This Portsmouth Public Schools inservice is designed to help your students understand the economics related SOL in a manner that is relevant to them.

Teachers who attend both sessions will receive a Virtual Economics 4.5 flash drive containing over 1200 economics and personal finance lessons.  This workshop and the accompanying materials are made available to teachers through the generous support of State Farm and the Council for Economic Education.
