Using Children’s Literature to Teach Economics & Personal Finance

This interactive, in-person workshop will review basic economic and personal finance content taught in Virginia’s K-5 Standards of Learning.  Participants will practice integrating economic and personal finance concepts, skills, and decision-making tools into their children’s literature instruction.  Classroom-ready, active-learning lessons included.  Lunch will be served from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm.
