Stephen was invited to speak to the board of the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education about the efficacy of the Stock Market Game (SMG). The director, Amy Lee, often has to field questions about whether the SMG does what it is supposed to. She heard about Stephen’s reply to Jason Zweig in the Wall Street Journal concerning the SMG and decided to call him in as an expert witness. Stephen talked for about ten minutes, then had a Q&A session for about another 10 minutes.
