A panel of experts from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and the State Council for Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV) will discuss how COVID has impacted the financial status of Virginia students and consumers and identify some strategies to help in the return to financial wellness to those impacted.
Introductory remarks given by Stephen Day, who helped organize it in his capacity as a Jump$tart board member and coalition chair.
