What compels you to serve on the VCEE Board of Directors?
Answer: When my high school daughter asked me for help with her economics homework, I was amazed and impressed that she was learning economic concepts which I was not exposed to until college. It is critically important that all children are educated on the foundational principles of a market economy and key concepts of personal finance such as the time value of money and opportunity costs as they relate to spending, saving and personal debt.
